CrossFit Culver City



CrossFit is the most effective strength and conditioning program available. No treadmills, no weight machines, no step aerobics. If you want to read a magazine while you work out, we are not the place for you. We believe in workouts that include functional movement at high intensity with constant variety. CrossFit is the preferred conditioning program for law enforcement, fire departments, and military units across the United States…and because your needs vary from theirs only in degree, it will work for you, too.



Our coaches include a former Navy SEAL, everyday men and women, CrossFit Games qualifiers, competitive weight lifters, and world-famous self defense instructors. Our members come from all walks of life, and so do our coaches!




We have all the standard CrossFit equipment you need to maximize your workout: medicine balls, kettlebells, Concept 2 rowing machines, dumb bells, GHDs (glute-ham developers), gymnastics rings, and plenty of Olympic lifting bars, racks, and weights.
