BAG CLASS combines heavy bag work with flexibility and functional strength training for a comprehensive conditioning routine. The bag class emphasizes muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. We focus on correct body alignment and how to build strength through basic calisthenics while refining fighting technique through instruction, dynamic drills, drills, and fun bag combinations. Boxing gloves or bag gloves are required.
