Circle of Life Drill

Originally dubbed “Circle of Death” drill by students, but I like this name better. Anything goes. The defender must stand, eyes closed, in a passive stance, and be attacked with anything: gun, knife, stick, chokes, bear hugs, kicks, punches, etc. Watch the video here.

Knife Defense – Attacker Grabbing

These knife defenses are more difficult than the usual clean, aggressive defenses we see in Krav Maga. The attacker is grabbing the defender to keep him from getting away, and also shielding the knife so it cannot be controlled. Very difficult, but realistic! Watch the video here.
